Kate Mullany: Labor Activist by Hailey Hanson

Kate Mullany, a young Irish immigrant working in the collar laundries of
Troy, NY in the 1860's, became one of the most important woman activists in the early labor movement. Now a National Historic Landmark and National Historic Site, the Kate Mullany house stands as an important reminder of power of unity among all workers. (Published on Jun 13, 2016).
